On Tuesday November 20,2018, a Service Tech came to my house to look at my Patio Room. When I set up this appointment no one ever discuss any service charge or fee.
I have had other Service Techs at my house before an I never been charge any fee. My understanding is that I have a life time warranty on my Patio Room. When I called Champion, I had to wait about three days before I could get any service. So I spread around the foundation of my Patio Room with some silicon this fix the problem.
I got a called from Champion on November 21, 2018. I spoken to Bentley Sassbe who said that I owe them ninety-nine dollars for service charge. I told him Champion never mention any service charge when I may my appointment. Also, that I never been charge in the past.
Now Bentley Sassbe threating to cancel my warranty on my Patio Room. I hope this is not a way to discriminate against a senior.
I have never agreed to pay for a service charge. contact ASAP, MW
