Champion Windows - Service department stinks
I brought 4 windows from champion. I thought they were very professional when they installed them.
Came when they said they would. Everything was great! But don't ever need a service call, then it becomes a nightmare!!!!.I have been attempting since the beginning of July to have a screen repaired, that was measured too small for one of the window. Spoke with Paulette Service Administrator, after they never showed up for the 1st service appt.
She set up another appt. 3 weeks later. The guy showed up, and said he needed to take screen back to ware house and have it repaired. He said Paulette would call me back , to set up a appointment for him to come back in 2 weeks to put back in.
That was August 26 2015, As of this date Sept.
4th, I have heard nothing. I have left 2 messages for Paulette, and not even the decency of a reply back.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Champion Windows Cons: Service quality.

As of October 4, 2015, The tec came and put the screen in, but my windows and screens are brown, and he installed then with white corner joints, because the brown parts didn't come yet from a warehouse, that they said was in the United State???, so I'm still waiting since July for satifaction.
