I went to the NJ location in pennsauken with a friend, that is a customer.Overall, if I'm interested in getting windows from this location.

I would probably not after my visit. I witnessed a GM that is aggressive, if you speak one sentence, he will respond with two sentence or more. The GM does not have a clear understanding of the CEO Jim Mishler's goal of "unsurpassed customer service" because according to the GM " we are humans and we make mistakes" was his outlook in supporting his comeback. I mentioned comeback because my friend is upset and he was not sincere and always came back with a defensive response.

I'm writing this not for anything but for a friend that has been mistreated by this location and it's the least I can do by letting people know the truth.Thank you for reading this.
