The day our windows were installed (09/18/2017), we were told by the head installer that one of the windows was damaged and they would of course replace it. It's 5 months later and the window still hasn't been replaced.
We've tried calling them multiple times. We were told in December of 2017 that someone neglected to place the order for the window so it would be another month before they could get us one. It's mid February now and still no window. Since having the windows installed, we noticed one of the large, tempered glass windows was also damaged.
We couldn't get anyone to come out to look at it so we emailed photos to someone at Champion and was told yes, it would need to be replaced. So now we have 2 damaged windows and no idea when/if we will ever get them replaced. In addition, when we purchased the windows we decided to also get a sunroom from Champion (if only we knew then what we know now!) The process of getting it built was beyond unprofessional. Construction crews would just show up.
Since we were given no advance notice, no one was home because my husband and I work full time so they would leave and not come back for another week (again, they just show up). The day that they were supposed to have finished it, we were told that someone forgot to load one of the windows on the truck so they would have to come back to install 1 window which ended up taking weeks. They finally installed the last window but to this day, they've NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. They left a mess in the sunroom (construction debris, dirt, etc.) and several windows have some sort of adhesive stuck to them.
No one has ever come back to finish. So to sum it up...
2 damaged windows and a sunroom that was never finished. We've contacted them multiple times and can't get anyone at Champion to take care of this.
