Purchased 3 season room & installed in 2014, October. One screen was damaged during install, and STILL have not gotten a replacement.
Was also told by service manager (Rochester NY) that the patio door was 'warped' nd they would order a repair/replacement
That was 5 weeks ago, with no further contact. Phone goes to voice mail in Albany NY.
Is there an agency (reliable) that will honor Champion warranty on their products since there appears that the company won't? I have Been to the office at elmgrove park and found the office open, but no one answered when I banged on counter or yelled.
