We ordered our windows in February 2018. 3 months later I hadn't been contacted once despite calling and leaving messages on multiple phones for one month.

I had even called corporate offices and left a complaint and still no call backs. Finally the salesman answered his phone early on a Saturday morning. Half of the windows were installed 2 weeks later. I was told that the other windows had been "lost" in the order process.

Two months later they installed two more windows only to find that they ordered the last two windows in the wrong size. Now, I have been calling for 2 weeks and no one will answer.

Even Jeff, the regional manager, doesn't seem to care and isn't interested in helping the customers. In this day and age, I can't believe that this type of customer service is tolerated by a reputable company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Champion Windows Window.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10500.

I liked: Good products and professional installation.

I didn't like: Turn around time to get the new windows.
